About CREhunt
CREhunt is a United States marketplace for commercial real estate and small businesses for sale and lease. We make fragmented listing inventory searchable by location and asset type, and we layer independent valuation estimates and market context on top of every listing so buyers and tenants can benchmark pricing quickly.
What we do
We aggregate commercial real estate and business listings from brokerages and listing sources across all 50 states, then organize them into category and location pages — from statewide views down to individual cities and ZIP codes. For each listing we compute an estimated market value, price-per-square-foot and cap-rate context, and a set of comparable listings, so each page provides analysis beyond the original description.
Our data & methodology
Valuation estimates blend listing attributes, nearby comparable sale and lease records, county-level market indicators, and category-specific cost factors, and each estimate carries a confidence score. We document the full approach — including how comparables are weighted and how confidence is scored — on our valuation methodology page.
How we are different
CREhunt is a marketplace and information platform, not a brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions. Our role is to make commercial inventory discoverable and to provide independent, data-driven context that helps you shortlist opportunities and reach the right listing broker faster.
